Those bottles have only been stored in two cellars, the winemaker's and ours.
Nose with notes of plum, blackberries and spices. Complex mouth with dense matter, and some vanilla touch. Long and nice endind. The fruits, the acidity and the tannins are well balanced.
To drink now (2 hours in a decanter before tasting) till ten years from now.
