Considered a Fleuron of Beaujolais, Jean Foillard's Morgon is reminiscent of certain red wines from the Côte de Nuits as it is rich and complex.
Gamay expresses itself wonderfully on the exceptional terroir of the Côte du Py full of Schists and Granites, and where some vines are over 100 years old.
When tasting, this wine is very expressive, it releases aromas of fresh fruit, mixed with more complex aromas of undergrowth, leather and flowers.
