Those bottles have only been stored in two cellars, the winemaker's and ours.

Based in Ampuis, on the banks of the Rhône River in the heart of the Côte Rôtie region, Guigal produces a wide range of white and red wines from all the main Rhône Valley appellations.

"La Landonne" is part of Guigal's prestigious trilogy, alongside "La Turque" and "La Mouline." These exceptional Côte-Rôtie wines contribute to the reputation of the appellation, and that of Rhône wines in general. "La Landonne" is made from Syrah vines on a magnificent Côte Brune terroir, making this red wine the most powerful of the trilogy, with excellent aging potential.

This bottle of Guigal "La Landonne" 2019 is still very young; this wine should be carefully cellared.
